We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions.
Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.
Condition of the Goods
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and sent back in the original packaging, including all accessories, certificates and accompanying documents.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on new orders. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Loss of Value
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Excluded from Right of Return
Custom-made and individually personalised items are excluded from the right of return.
Refund
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.
